Welcome to Northwest Bagels
We came to the Pacific Northwest drawn by the beauty of the landscape, the slower pace of life, and the opportunity to build something of our own together. When we arrived in Salem, we quickly fell in love with the community and the Willamette Valley, but we noticed something was missing.
There were no real bagels. Not the kind we grew up with. Not the kind made with traditional techniques, hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh each morning. As we settled into our new home, that thought kept coming back: if no one else is going to make them, why don't we?
So that's exactly what we did. Northwest Bagels was born from that simple idea—a passion for authentic bagels and a desire to share that with our new community. Today, we start before dawn every morning, using traditional techniques and a commitment to quality that you can taste in every bite.
